Sell it all

1. Add your inventory manually or effortlessly upload CSV and Excel files using the Unqueue Uploader tool.

Flexible payments

1. We provide four payment methods for you to choose from - cash, credit, and debit card transactions at your store or during delivery, or in-app payments directly wired to your account with Unqueue Payouts.

Delivery optional

1. If you have your own drivers, you have the option to offer delivery. Simply set your delivery fee, and once your order is prepared, we will automatically dispatch your drivers via the Unqueue Drivers app.

Pickup tags make things easier

1. Our pickup tag system generates a unique number for each transaction. After packing an order, label the bag with this number or use our Unqueue stickers (available for order in the app), which we provide free of charge.

We’ll do the math

1. For cash transactions, our convenient change calculator assists you or your driver in determining the amount of money the shopper is providing and preparing the correct change.

Directions lead the way

1. We offer guidance on directions to direct customers to your shop and assist your drivers in reaching your customers efficiently.

Smarter notifications

1. We keep you informed once an order has been placed, when the shopper approaches, when they arrive outside, or when the delivery has been made by your driver.
